Fall 2021 Degree/Certificate (Graduation) Application Deadline

Please complete the Degree/Certificate/Graduation Application Request Form if you are currently enrolled in your last remaining degree requirements or have completed your requirements for any of the following:
- Associate's Degree
- Certificate of Achievement
- CSUGE Certification
- IGETC Certification
- Noncredit Certificate of Completion/Competency (recipients of a noncredit certificate are currently not able to participate in the commencement)
By completing this form, you are requesting for a degree/certificate, CSUGE/IGETC, or noncredit certification application to be completed by an Oxnard College counselor. Students will receive an email confirmation to their MyVCCCD email once the degree/certificate (graduation) application has been submitted to the Admissions and Records Office. Please allow 3-5 business days for your request form to be processed by a counselor. Processing times may take up to 1-2 weeks during the months of August and November due to the peak registration periods.
Degrees/Certificates will be mailed out 8-10 weeks after the semester ends. It is critical that students have a current mailing address on file. Students can update their mailing address on their portal.
