Admissions and Records

For the latest information about Oxnard College's response to COVID-19 and the resources we have to help you, visit our Student Services page.

Due to current public health concerns, and in the best interest of our students, the Admissions and Records Office will only be offering services via phone, email, and online methods until further notice. We are not open to the public and will serve student needs through phone, online or email.

Welcome to Oxnard College Admissions and Records. The Admissions and Records Office is responsible for admissions, registration, and for the accuracy and maintenance of all student records. We offer convenient access to registration, grades, classes, the Oxnard College catalog and financial aid information via my.vcccd.edu.

Admission to Oxnard College is open to high school graduates, those possessing a high school proficiency certificate, GED, or any adult 18 years of age or older who may benefit from instruction offered. Students entering any of the public community colleges of California are subject to the residency requirements by the State of California.

Students who haven't attended in more than a year from the start of the term must submit a new application for admission. Registration will be blocked until a new online application for admission is submitted.

OPEN TO ENROLLMENT: Each course offered by the Ventura County Community College District and its colleges is open to enrollment and participation by any person who has been admitted to the college and who meets the prerequisites to the class or program, unless specifically exempted by statute.
