Summer 2024 permits are required until August 02, 2024. Permit enforcement for Summer 2024 is in effect.
Fall 2024 permits are required beginning August 12, 2024. Permit enforcement for Fall 2024 begins August 19, 2024.
The Student Business Office is located on the first floor of the Student Services Building next to the Admissions & Records service windows. It is committed to excellence in providing a variety of financial services to the students at Oxnard College.
Business Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 8:00am-5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am-12:00pm
Our office is responsible for:
- Collecting payments for student fees, childcare fees and other obligations.
- Refunds - to process you must fill out a refund request form. (Please use the link in the sidebar on this page)
- Student Fee waivers - to process you must fill out a waiver form. (Please use the link in the sidebar on this page)
- Scholarship tracking and processing.
