Oxnard College Rising Scholars Program
The Rising Scholars Program at Oxnard College provides comprehensive support services to currently incarcerated, formerly incarcerated, and system-impacted students. Our mission is to help students overcome barriers to higher education by addressing their academic, personal, and social needs.
We are committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive environment where students can confidently pursue their educational goals and successfully reenter and thrive in their communities. Rising Scholars are guided toward clear pathways to resources and opportunities that empower success and academic achievement.
