What to bring:  See the checklist below for FAFSA or California Dream Act application for 2021-22 FAFSA (Fall 2021, Spring 2022, and Summer 2022). Income information from 2018 is required.

What to Have during the Zoom Workshops:

Completing the 2021-2022 Application:

 

  • 2019 Student/Parent Tax Information
  • 2019 Student/Parent W2s
  • Other 2019 income information for Student/Parents
  • Social Security Numbers (or Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals - DACA number) for Student/Parents, if you have one
  • Alien registration number (A#), if you have one 
  • Driver’s license, if you have one 

 

Completing the 2022-2023 application:

 

  • 2020 Student/Parent Tax Information
  • 2020 Student/Parent W2s
  • Other 2020 income information for Student/Parents
  • Social Security Numbers (or Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals - DACA number) for Student/Parents, if you have one
  • Alien registration number (A#), if you have one 
  • Driver’s license, if you have one
