The Oxnard College CalWORKs Work-Study program provides paid work opportunities that will enable CalWORKs Student-Parents to meet Welfare-to-Work requirements while pursuing an educational degree or certificate. The OC CalWORKs Work-Study Program provides Student-Parents with work experience that will make them more marketable to employers when they complete their educational program while also providing them with an additional source of income within the requirements of the CalWORKs program.
Apply for OC CalWORKs Work-Study
Students who are interested in working on campus as a Student Worker will need to complete the following in order to be eligible:
- FAFSA Indication: Be sure to indicate that you are interested in Work-Study on your most recent FAFSA! Apply or check your indication, on the FAFSA website!
- VCCCD Application: Complete and submit the VCCCD Student Worker Application. Don't forget to save a copy to print/upload to the OC CalWORKs Program!
- Interest Form: Complete and submit the OC CalWORKs Work-Study Interest Form at your earliest convenience.
