The Oxnard College STEM Alumni Association (OCSAA) is a non-profit and gender-equitable organization that is made of a diverse group of individuals who have participated in any of the STEM programs offered at Oxnard College. The association aligns with Oxnard College core educational mission, by serving as one of the multiple pathways that leads STEM students to both academic and professional success.

Mission:
The HSI Unidos in the Advancement of Latine/a/o STEM Community of Practice will create an equitable STEM Pathway through higher education and onto a career for Latine/a/o learners in Ventura County and Santa Barbara County. Our STEM Community of Practice brings together collaborators from Ventura/Santa Barbara County community colleges, CSU and UC systems, community based organizations, and business and industry.
