Oxnard College Basic Needs and our partner agency, Mercy House, can provide qualifying students with direct Housing Navigation assistance. To qualify for a referral, students must: 

• Have OC as their Primary College
• Have been enrolled at Oxnard College for a minimum of one semester with completion of a minimum of 12 units, or 6 units for EAC qualifying students
• Be in good Academic Standing
  • Have a completed Comprehensive Ed Plan
  • Have completed the OC Orientation (via your MyVCCCD Dashboard)
• Be in good Financial Aid Standing
  • Have submitted a FAFSA or CADAA application
  • Have a submitted and approved SAP appeal (if applicable)
  • No holds
• Have no holds with our Student Business Office or LLRC

Oxnard College and California State University Channel Islands (CSUCI) are partnering to provide OC students the opportunity to live on the CSUCI campus. Through this initiative, Oxnard College students can live in Santa Rosa Village at CSUCI while attending classes at Oxnard College. This pilot program offers students the chance to experience a university residential environment as they pursue their degree and transfer requirements. To support this, regular free bus transportation is available between Oxnard College and CSUCI.
