THE SHOW MUST GO ON (LINE)!

Three and a half months ago - on March 5 - we met the director and star of #chicagogirl, a stirring documentary about a young activist helping coordinate the revolution in Syria from her bedroom in Chicago.

Who knew it would be our last live show of the year?

The Performing Arts Building - like all the classrooms and labs and offices at Oxnard College - stands empty. But that doesn't mean we aren't working hard to keep art and culture and education and inspiration alive and well in our community!

We are excited to announce the launch of OC LIVE ONLINE, a web-based initiative that will bring arts and education programming direct to your computer or tablet or phone. Coming in August, OC LIVE ONLINE will include streaming presentations with leading figures in education and the arts, musical performances, virtual gallery tours, inspirational student voices, and a special series of homegrown encounters with our very own OC faculty.

No Justice! No Peace!

In solidarity with the profound national reckoning inspired by the Black Lives Matter movement we are focusing our 2020-2021 season on the theme of Social Justice. Please stay tuned for news college-wide about how we can join the conversation, take action, and make change in our lives and the lives of our community.

Get delighted. Get inspired. Get informed.
Make a difference.
