Mini Teach-In on Civic Engagement and Activism

Join Oxnard College Professors Dolores Ortiz and Juan Pitones for a “Mini Teach-In” on Civic Engagement and Activism on Wednesday, July 30th, at 2:30pm in Condor Hall 301 (CH 301). The purpose of this teach-in is to educate, empower, and mobilize individuals and communities — especially students — in response to the 2025 immigration raids, through a sociological lens that centers justice, equity, and action. This is a FREE event and light refreshments will be provided.
