Please join us at Oxnard College on Wednesday, April 22nd for a presentation summarizing recent reports highlighting the economic contributions and entrepreneurial spirit of Latinos. Reports include the 2025 U.S. Latino GDP Report and California Latino GDP Report issued by California Lutheran University’s Center for Economic Research & Forecasting and the UCLA Center for the Study of Latino Prosperity’s Latina Wealth in America report.
We’re excited to welcome the report authors, Dr. David Hayes-Bautista (UCLA), Dr. Matthew Fienup (CLU), and Dr. Marlene Orozco (Stratified Insights) to the Oxnard College campus to describe their findings regarding the large and rapidly growing economic contributions of Latinos living in the United States. They will be joined by a panel of local business and community leaders who will be discussing the implications of these reports for local businesses and policy makers.
This event will take place inside the beautiful Oxnard College Performing Arts Building on Wednesday, April 22nd with check-in and networking beginning at 3pm, followed by the presentation from 3:30pm-5:30pm. It is free of charge and open to the entire community. For details or to RSVP, visit bit.ly/OC-Latino-GDP-Event-2026.
