College, for so many reasons, is different from high school beginning with students choosing their own path and classes. Classes fill up quickly and Oxnard College offers an opportunity to earn priority registration. 

Oxnard College hosts high school specific OC Fridays throughout the spring. By attending OC Friday students will experience our orientation, meet with a counselor to complete an educational plan, and receive financial aid counseling. Transportation is provided by the high school attending the event and Oxnard College provides free lunch.

Space to attend OC Friday is limited. Register for OC Friday through a high school counselor or career technician.
