Oxnard College students receiving financial aid are required to attend a mandatory Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Workshop due to changes in recent federal financial aid regulations.

Why do I have a Mandatory SAP Workshopred flag on my Financial Aid tab?
If you have a red flag on your Financial Aid tab, you need to attend a mandatory SAP Workshop. Red flags affect your ability to receive financial aid for the term. If you do not attend a workshop by April 23rd, you will not receive your second financial aid disbursement for Springl 2015. After you attend a workshop, allow 1-2 weeks for this requirement to be satisfied on your Financial Aid tab.
When will the SAP Workshops be offered?
The SAP Workshops will be offered during the month of February:
- Feb. 12, 2015 Time: 2:30 - 3:30 p.m.
- Feb. 26, 2015 Time: 2:30 - 3:30 p.m.
- Mar. 12, 2015 Time: 2:30 - 3:30 p.m.
- Mar. 26, 2015 Time: 2:30 - 3:30 p.m.
- Apr. 09, 2015 Time: 2:30 - 3:30 p.m.
- Apr. 23, 2015 Time: 2:30 - 3:30 p.m.
How long is each workshop?
The mandatory sessions will last approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes with Q&As. If you do not show up on time or if you leave early, you will not receive credit for attending the workshop.

Where will workshops be held?
SAP Workshops will be held at the AA 101. The classroom is located behind the Administration building (located on N. Campus Rd), near the Campus Police Office.
