Qualify for EOPS Program

To qualify to be an EOPS student you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be eligible for a Board of Governor's Fee Waiver: A or B
  • Be a full-time student (12 units)
  • Be a California resident
  • Have less than 70 units of degree applicable credit
  • Be educationally disadvantaged
  • To qualify for CARE, you must have a child under the age of fourteen, be a current TANF recipient and be considered a single head of household
