Larson, a former Oxnard College Star, has been head coach of the Oxnard College baseball program for seven seasons. He is a well-known and respected coach in Ventura County and has been coaching for the past 10 years. He spent three seasons at Channel Islands High School and the ensuing six years as part of the Condor Coaching staff here at Oxnard College. Larson is an Oxnard native graduating from Hueneme High School in 1978. He attended Oxnard College where he began an illustrious college baseball career. In his freshman season at Oxnard College, he hit an impressive .342 while helping guide the Condors to their first Western State Conference Championship. As a sophomore, he hit .489 earning him "All American" honors. He went on to bat .306 as a junior at Fresno State University and hit .346 his senior year at Azusa Pacific University, helping his team finish third place in the NAIA College World Series and once again, Larson received top honors, being named to the All-Conference and All-District Teams.
Larson has comprised a coaching staff totaling over twenty years of professional baseball experience.
Larson holds a B.S. in criminology from the University of LaVerne. He is employed by the Hueneme School District and resides in Oxnard with his wife Beverly and three children, Aubrey, Meagan and Jonathon.
In 2005 the team won the Western States Conference Championship (28-7) and went to the playoffs as the number one seeded in Southern California. The 2005 team had 5 Division I scholarship players. Brock Butcher, an All American pitcher, signed professionally with the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.
Roger Frash - Head Assistant Coach, Hitting/Outfield Coach

Roger Frash is a former Condor athlete entering his 9th season with the Condors, contributing as the assistant head coach for the past four years.
In 1979, Roger as a pitcher and an outfielder earned All-State and 1st team All-American Honors while helping head the team to their 1st WSC title and a berth to the State Championship Tournament. With over 50 full scholarship offers, Coach Frash was drafted by the New York Mets in the 1st round of the 1980 Major League College Draft with the second pick overall.
Roger, a retired Departmental of Corrections and Rehabilitation Officer currently involved in summer showcases and scouting camps throughout southern California and is also a private hitting coach with many current MBL, MIBL and collegiate players. His connections with major college coaches and professional scouts for placement of players to the next level.
Coach Frash says: "Come to Oxnard and you will see how hard we work both on and off the field for you as a player. We will make you a better player and a better person."
Frash, who received his Associate of Arts degree from Oxnard, lives in Camarillo with with his high school sweetheart Debbie and their two children Justin and Lauren. Justin, a former OC player, played at the University of Hawaii and Oakland A's.
Art McAnalty - Assistant Coach
Coach McAnulty begins his eight year with the Condor baseball. Born and raised in Oxnard, Coach McAnulty was a former player here at OC and a graduate of Hueneme High School . He is married to his wife Gail and is the proud father of Paul McAnulty, a former OC player and current left fielder for the San Diego Padres.
Phil Valenzuela - Assistant Coach
Coach Valenzuela in his second season with the Condors. He was born and raised in Oxnard, California and is a graduate of Channel Islands High School in Oxnard.
Geno Beville - Assistant Coach
Coach Beville in his third season with the Condors enjoyed playing baseball and football at the high school and collegiate levels. He coached baseball at Ojai Valley School for four seasons and capturing three league championships. He managed the Ocean View Devil Rays to the 2007 Pony Palamino Regional Championships. Geno presently serves as the Ocean View Pony baseball. His son Geno was a former OC player, who earned his AA degree and plans to study Medicine.
Howard Hilton - Assistant Coach
Coach Hilton, a former OC player in the late 80's, comes back to Oxnard for his 1st year to lead the pitching staff for the Condors. Howard is a former Major League pitcher drafted by Saint Louis in 1990 and resides in Oxnard, California
