OC Week is an opportunity for high school seniors to prepare for the transition to college. By attending OC Week students will explore educational pathways, meet with a counselor to complete an educational plan, and receive financial aid counseling. Additionally, attending OC Week earns students priority registration for their first semester in college-- which increases a student's chances at registering for the classes they need.

In order to be eligible for OC Week, seniors must have

  • An OC application on file for summer or fall 2021 semester
  • Completed the online orientation via their My.VCCCD student portal.

If you would like live assistance with either of these steps please attend our weekly Condor Corner on Wednesdays via Zoom or email us at ocoutreach@vcccd.edu

Eligible students sign themselves up for an educational pathway workshop by expanding the accordion below corresponding to their high school and clicking on the scheduling page link.  Once they’ve attended the workshop, we will schedule a counseling appointment for later in the week. In all, the time commitment for the student is about 2 hours completed over 2 appointments.
