As of right now, no. The purpose of tutoring is to show you how to correct your own mistakes so you improve and make progress in that subject.
Is there a time limit on how long a tutor can spend with me?

As of right now no, but be mindful that tutors need to help whoever may log on.
How do I go about showing a math problem to a tutor?

There are several ways:
-You may scan and email the problem to the tutor
-You may type the problem and send it over chat
-You may also take a picture of the problem and email that to the tutor
-You may also verbally relay the problem to the tutor through audio chat
