Photo of Joann Evans The Oxnard College Student Health Center has added a new part-time counselor. Joanna Evans received her MA from City University of New York (CUNY) and her MS and MFT degrees from California Lutheran University (CLU). Joanna has worked at CLU's counseling center, the Coalition for Family Harmony, and Jewish Family Services clinic in Ventura. She currently also works at the Psychiatric Health Facility in Santa Barbara. Joanna will be in the office on Wednesdays and Thursdays. When she's not working, Joanna likes gardening, reading, and baking...she is always looking for the next great dessert recipe (so if you have one, feel free to bring it by the Student Health Center).
