agilegrad - Degree Planning

Welcome to agilegrad, Oxnard College’s online student planning tool!

Agilegrad is an online degree planning tool that can help you to achieve your academic goals more efficiently. It uses the information from the college catalog, along with your major and schedule requirements, to help you create a plan of all the courses you’ll need, semester by semester, to get you where you want to go. And it’s on the web, so you can access all of this from any computer that has internet access.

You can create more than one plan, too. If you haven’t decided on a major, you can compare plans to see which one you can finish faster, or which one has more interesting courses. General studies programs are available in the system as well. If you’re planning on transferring, agilegrad also includes some information on which UC or CSU campuses will accept your courses.

Keep an eye out for agilegrad training sessions, where we will walk you through the registration process and help you get started creating a plan. If you’d rather get started immediately, you can go to Getting Started to learn more and get registered on your own. Either way, make sure to check the boxes for all of your group memberships (EOPS, STEM, OC Scholars, etc.) when you’re registering so that we can keep in touch with you!

Here is how to get started with the system (you can also download the getting started instructions or watch a brief video showing the registration process in Quicktime or Windows Media format). You should consult with a counselor regularly to make sure your plan is a reasonable one.
