Program Effectiveness & Planning Committee (PEPC)
Program Effectiveness and Planning is both a retrospective analysis of a program focusing on the previous year as well as an annual process that allows a given program to plan ahead. Such a process provides a systematic means of collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data concerning a program.
The purpose of Program Effectiveness and Planning is the improvement of programs and the institution as a whole. The primary objective of Program Effectiveness and Planning is to assess on an ongoing basis the quality of programs at Oxnard College, as quality relates to the College’s mission and goals.
