- I want my players to feel like they have freedom of expression when they play for me. I would like my team to dominate the game by keeping possession. Finally, I want them to be able to create goal scoring opportunities with the ball at their feet.
- The Mission of the Oxnard College Women’s Soccer team is to equip the student athletes with life skills by being a part of the team, and through competing in the game of soccer. By promoting respect, team work, and discipline within our team structure, the athletes will learn how to be better citizens outside of soccer. In my vision, I would love to see my athletes pursue their life goals with the certainty that anything can be accomplished through the power of belief.
- The Vision for our Lady Condors is to be the top contender for the WSC title and to have an opportunity to compete for the CCCAA State Championship.
