Transition from Lotus Notes/Domino to Microsoft Outlook/Exchange
We will transition from Lotus Notes/Domino to Microsoft Outlook/Exchange sometime this summer. Once we have a confirmed date for the conversion, we will schedule workshops that will provide hands-on experience using the new system. All saved messages in the Inbox and in Folders will be moved to the new system. If you are an OC employee and have saved messages under the Archive function, you must send an e-mail message to: vcontreras@vcccd.edu so that a process is put in place to save your messages. Date of this message: April 7, 2008.
Would you know what to do in case of an emergency?
Go to Emergency Procedures for important information.
