Institutional Research Reports

The Office of Institutional Research produces, compiles, and provides a variety of research and reporting to aid in data based planning and decision making.   

Student Profiles - Term and annual data including student demographics, enrollment, and FTES.

Student Outcomes - Includes transfers, annual awards, term to term persistence, and course completion and success.

Employee Profiles - Faculty and staff demographics and related information.

ARCC - Accountability Reporting for the Community Colleges (California Community Colleges Chancellors Office)

MIS Reports - Reports generated by the California Community Colleges Chancellors Office (CCCCO) based on annual and term MIS data submitted to the state.

IPEDS (Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System) -  Information reported annually to the US Dept. of Education - National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) including enrollments, completions, staffing, financial aid, and institutional characteristics.
