PACE

The Program for Accelerated College Education (PACE) at Oxnard College (OC) was founded in the fall of 1999. It is designed to allow students who cannot attend class every night during the normal week to still complete an Associates' degree and/or transfer to a four-year university within approximately two years. PACE is particularly convenient for working adults and/or students who desire attending class only one evening per week plus Saturdays. The program operates using a combination of very unique course scheduling and high-powered student support services. In addition PACE at OC maintains a strong relationship with the California State University/Northridge at Channel Islands. Our courses are transferable to Cal State and UC systems, as well as many other universities at large.
