Before submitting the form below, OPD (Organizational & Professional Development) recommends tht you consult with your supervisor. This will ensure you both agree the workshop is appropriate. It will also enable your supervisor to staff properly in your absence.

After we receive your submission you will be sent an email confirming your registration or advising you to try another date or time. Prior to attending, check the Workshop and Event Calendar for changes.

Any request for accommodations should be made at the time of your submission using the Comment box below.
