For All Out-of-District Student-Athletes:

In accordance with the rules and regulations established by the Commission on Athletics (COA) that govern California Community Colleges, the student must establish "First Contact" with Oxnard College.

By the submission of this email form, I hereby certify that I made first contact with Oxnard College and that I’m requesting information from Oxnard College without prior contact by any Oxnard College staff or representatives of the College.
