Oxnard Independent Film Festival Presents the Youth Digital Filmmaker’s Program at Oxnard College
Oxnard College will host the October 18 Youth Digital Filmmaker’s Program at Oxnard College, a free event open to the community and held in conjunction with the Oxnard Independent Film Festival Youth Digital Film Festival screening at the Oxnard Plaza Theatres on Friday and Saturday, October 17-18, 2008. The Oxnard College event will be from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and features professional instructional workshops and hands-on experience in creating digital presentations with the help of professional filmmakers, film professors and community activists. The 2008 workshops include: Just Add Video (Instant Moviemaking, Community Based Filmmaking, How to Direct, Directing Animation and Acting for Film and Television.)
