Oxnard College Black Educators Association Presents A Gospel Concert
Renown gospel singer Diana Morris will be back at Oxnard College on Tuesday, March 10, 2009, for another performance, this time in the Student Lounge at 1 p.m. Ms. Morris performed at Oxnard College last year and impressed her audience with a powerful, moving performance, said Oxnard College counselor Emma Waits. Ms. Morris has sung and directed gospel choirs in Los Angeles, Memphis and throughout Ventura County and as a member of the performing group Gospel Sounds, performed at the Dallas Sportatorium before a crowd of 5,000.
