| UC Santa Barbara Chicano/a Studies Department Hosts April 4th Transfer Conference – Oxnard College students have been invited to attend a Transfer Conference on April 4, 2009, with attendance registration, bus transportation and meals paid for by the university. The conference is free to students but space is limited and the opportunities are on a first-come, first-served basis. Students should sign up at the EOPS Office or Transfer Center (LRC-6) Conference features keynote speakers, transfer/support services, workshops, and campus tour, breakfast, lunch and dinner included. The deadline to sign up is April 2, 2009. Please plan to arrive at Oxnard College at 7:00 a.m. to check in at the Clock Tower.
