OXNARD COLLEGE CULINARY ARTS OFFERS “THE SAVOURY PALATE” THURSDAYS
The Oxnard College Culinary Arts Department will offer its popular bistro dining room, “The Savoury Palate,” each Thursday evening from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. in the OE-10 Dining Hall.
Advanced Students from the program will prepare and serve NY Steak Marchand, Herb Roasted Chicken, Poached or Grilled Salmon, Roast Capon Gallatine with white wine sauce and other gourmet dishes. All meals include appetizers, salad or soup, potato, rice or pasta side dish, vegetable, dessert and a complimentary glass of wine. Prices range from $12 to $15 per person.

Walk-ins will be accommodated on a limited basis. Also, during the Spring Semester the beginning culinary students will offer a buffet lunch and bake sale (cookies and brownies, pastries, breads, cakes and pies) from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, also in OE-10.
