REGISTRATION FOR OXNARD COLLEGE SUMMER SESSION BEGINS MAY 9; FOUR-WEEK SUMMER SCHOOL SESSION BEGINS MAY 23
The Oxnard College Summer 2005 Schedule of Classes, “The Pathways to Excellence,” is now available online at www.oxnardcollege.edu and is available in print on campus and at various county and city offices, at high schools, libraries and job and career centers in Oxnard.
The new 4-week summer school session begins Monday, May 23 and runs through June 16; the 6-week summer session begins June 20 and runs through August 1; and the 8-week summer session begins June 20 and runs through August 8.
The online and the print versions are in English and Spanish. The schedule has been mailed to the community and is scheduled to arrive at homes in the Oxnard College services in mid-April.
New students should first complete the online Application for Admissions by going to www.oxnardcollege.edu/apply. First-time students can also apply in person at the Oxnard College Admissions Office (LRC Building), Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
If students have been enrolled at Oxnard, Moorpark or Ventura Colleges within the past year (Fall 2004 or Spring 2005), they can go to www.oxnardcollege.edu/webstar and click on Webstar. They can log in using their student ID number followed by a selected PIN password.
Limited counseling services will be available during the summer semester so students are encouraged to see a counselor prior to the end of the Spring 2005 Semester on May 19. Please call the Oxnard College Counseling Office at (805) 986-5816 for more information and to make an appointment.
