Oxnard College Marine Center & Aquarium presents "Climate Change and Local Climate Action Plans" as part of its Harborside Speaker Series on Friday, March 11, 2011, from 6-7 p.m. Dr. Chris Williamson is a Principal Planner for the City of Oxnard Planning Division and will speak about how many cities, counties, and nations are preparing Climate Action Plans in response to global warming and climate change.
