Summer Academy

The Career Pathways Summer Academy is an opportunity for seventh and eighth grade students to explore career pathways through an innovative summer experience. The academy begins on June 20 and ends on June 30, 2011 (Monday – Thursday) from 7:50 am to 12:05 pm.

The first week, Social Network Era, will be interactive opportunity for students to work with social media programs such as Facebook and YouTube. The second week, Recipe for Success, will be a hands-on culinary experience with our Culinary Arts Faculty. Integrated into both weeks are college preparation skills, basic math skills, language skills and fine arts skills.
